Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the U.S. and the international community “will closely follow implementation of the electoral roadmap, and the U.S. government will take action if commitments under the electoral roadmap and with respect to political prisoners are not met.”。    “369”产业体系重点打造新能源、新材料、集成电路和光电三大新兴支柱产业，加快培育人工智能、智能装备、生物医药、海洋高新、节能环保、低空经济六大新兴引擎产业，前瞻布局新型电池、氢能、核技术应用、脑机接口、生物制造、卫星及应用、第六代移动通信、具身智能、量子科技九大未来产业。    在新能源领域，新能源汽车与零部件赛道以福州、厦门、宁德为核心，联动漳州、泉州、南平、龙岩、三明等，重点发展动力电池及材料、整车制造与高端零部件、智能网联汽车、补能设施及服务四大领域。海上风电赛道以福州海上风电装备产业园为核心，联动漳州、泉州、莆田、宁德、平潭等，完善海上风电装备配套产业体系，发展海上风电设备、运维服务、深远海发电三大领域，不断壮大海上风电产业集群。先进核能赛道依托福州、漳州、宁德等核电基地，发展核能综合利用，探索（超）高温气冷堆多元耦合制氢。    在新材料领域，先进结构材料赛道以福州、厦门为核心，联动宁德、莆田、龙岩、三明、漳州等，布局高性能碳纤维及复合材料、特种金属与轻质合金、先进特种陶瓷与玻璃三大领域。

三 | 先进化工材料赛道以福州、漳州、泉州、莆田为核心，联动南平、三明、龙岩，布局特种工程塑料、功能性膜材料、高性能特种纤维、先进氟新材料四大领域。    在加快培育六大新兴引擎产业方面，漳州将布局智能装备、生物医药、低空经济等产业发展。在前瞻布局九大未来产业方面，漳州覆盖氢能、量子科技等多条潜力赛道。

四 |     在《规划》部署实施的“AI+”引领、创新能力提升、新赛道培育三大标志性工程中，明确推进福州、厦门、漳州公共智算中心建设，以及建设漳州“圆山创新港·科学城”等若干特色鲜明、功能突出的科技创新基地。

五 |     此外，《规划》还部署开展企业梯度培育、产业生态优化、区域协同发展、开放链接合作、要素改革提升五大重点行动。明确到2030年，力争全省工业战略性新兴产业产值占规模以上工业产值比重达35%左右，全社会研发经费投入年均增长10%。（漳州融媒记者 蔡楠楠）。
